A well designed and properly installed landscape can increase your property value considerably. Our design goal is to create a harmonious landscape by taking into consideration your special needs of privacy, color choices, style, and types of plants you prefer.

The Trimm Landscapes Design Team looks forward to coming out to your property for an initial consultation. At this time we will begin to develop a conversation as to how we are going to meet you and your property needs. The Designer will then determine with you the scope of these services and how it will be implemented into the design along with design alternatives.

The Designer will spend some time on the property creating an inventory analysis. This could include current walkways that may need to be redesigned because of circulation patterns or current plant material that needs to be incorporated in another area of the property. By identifying these variables, the designer can best serve the needs of your property with the least amount of impact.

The Design Team takes each and every variable of information gathered in the initial consultation along with current factors and begins to develop ideas. Based on criteria set by the client and analysis determined by fixed variables such as state and town regulations, the conceptual design phase begins. During this process, every idea, thought and concept is put down on the design. Eliminations and additions for the ideas are then determined by these factors and/or clients' wishes. This process moves the project into the development of a detailed plan. This plan is what the Design Team develops as a consensus of ideas of what the client wants to accomplish as an end product for the landscape. This plan will have all detailed information to the job specific. Including plant names and quantities, wall types and heights, spot elevations, drainage plan(s), cross sections and elevations where need be.

By using the detailed plan, the Design Team can easily develop budgets form this plan and give cost estimates for the entire plan or break the plan down into sections. The project can also be implemented in phases.
